Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve a tee time.
• Tee times for 1 to 4 players require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation.
• Tee times for 8 or more players require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellation.
• Late cancellations are subject to a $50 fee per player.
• Tee times that are not canceled and are not played will be charged the full reservation amount.
• Reservations with multiple tee times that violate the cancellation policy may have all remaining tee times canceled without notice.
Weather Policy
If Bailey Creek Golf Course closes due to weather, no charges will be applied to your reservation. Weather conditions that do not result in course closure, including light rain or other unfavorable conditions, do not qualify for a refund or waiver of cancellation fees.
Dress Code
Collared shirts are required. T-shirts, tank tops, and similar casual attire are not permitted. Guests who arrive without appropriate attire will be asked to purchase a collared shirt before playing.
Single Rider Carts
Single rider carts are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If available, the fee is $40 plus the applicable green fee.
Payment Security
Your credit card information is securely stored and processed in accordance with PCI compliance standards.
