Booking Guarantee(Tourist only) 예약보증(관광객전용)

To ensure your reservation, Coral Ocean Resort may request your credit card information through an auto-email within 5 hours. Booking may cancel incase a credit card is not opened prior to 5 days before the tee-time.

고객님의 골프예약을 보증하기 위해, 코럴오션리조트는 신용카드이용동의서를 고객님의 등록된 이메일로 5시간 이내로 자동 전송합니다. 

티오프 기준 120시간(5일) 전까지 신용카드이용동의서가 작성되지 않을 경우, 예약이 취소될 수 있습니다.

Cancellation & No-show policy 취소 및 노쇼 규정

Cancellations within 5 days will be charged 50% of the entire green fee.

Cancellations within 2 days will be charged 100% of the entire green fee.

The credit card holder will be responsible for the full greens fees with the credit card being automatically charged.

Modifying reservations is acceptable one time only and will be limited depends on occupancy.

티오프 기준 5일 안에 취소시에는 전체일정의 50% 그린피가 부과됩니다.

티오프 기준 2일 안에 취소시에는 전체일정의 100% 그린피가 부과됩니다.

티오프 기준 5일 안에 시간 및 날짜 변경 요청 시에는 코럴오션리조트로 연락바랍니다.

티오프 기준 5일 전에 변경 및 취소는 자유롭게 온라인에서 가능합니다.

객실 예약 취소 시에 반드시 골프 예약도 같이 취소 요청 주시기 바랍니다. 고객님의 부주의로 발생한 취소 및 노쇼 수수료에 대해 호텔은 책임이 없습니다.

Booking Policy 예약 규정

Golf course staff reserves the right to combine twosomes to create foursomes.

Single or fivesomes are not permitted on the golf course.

기본 4인 기준으로 2인 예약시 다른 팀과 조인될 수 있습니다.

1인 및 5인 플레이는 가능하지 않습니다.

Transportation 송영서비스 

Coral Ocean Resort provide transportation services for your convenience. The pick-up schedule is from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm, and you can request every 30 minutes.

*Airbnb, guest houses, and other personal residences are not eligible for this service.

*After you book your tee-time, a transportation request form will be sent along with credit card authorization via email.

코럴오션리조트는 고객의 편의를 위해 송영서비스를 제공합니다. 호텔 픽업 서비스는 오전 6시 30분부터 오후 1시까지이며, 30분 간격으로 요청할 수 있습니다.

*에어비앤비, 게스트하우스 및 기타 개인 주택은 서비스에서 제외될 수 있습니다.

*예약안료 후, 신용카드이용동의서와 송영서비스 신청서가 이메일을 통해 발송됩니다.

Resort Rate Policy 투숙객 및 자매호텔 요금 규정

Valid proof of staying on Coral Ocean Resort, Kensington Hotel Saipan and Pacific Island Club are required to receive the "Resort Rate". All golfers receiving the Resort rate must present their valid proof in person at time of check in.

투숙객 및 자매호텔 요금 혜택을 받기 위해 아래와 같이 증명 바랍니다.

켄싱턴호텔 고객께서는 체크인 시, 켄싱턴 패스포트를 제시하여 주시기 바랍니다.

PIC 고객께서는 체크인 시, 객실 키 봉투를 제시하여 주시기 바랍니다.

증명을 제시하지 않을 시에는 정상요금이 부과됩니다.

CNMI Resident Rate Policy

Valid identification which indicates proof of residency is required to receive the resident rate. All golfers receiving the resident rate must present their valid identification in person at time of check in. Golfers without valid identification will be required to pay applicable green fees at check-in, regardless of the resident rate quoted on the website. Please contact the course if you have any questions.

Rental Club Policy 렌탈클럽 규정

In an effort to ensure proper pace of play and the enjoyment of all golfers on the course. 

All golfers playing the course are required to have their own set of clubs. 

Each set must have a minimum of 8 clubs to be considered a set. 

Sharing of club rentals is not allowed. 

You can request for club rentals upon reservation.

Rental golf bag is available at Clubhouse.

골프백에는 영문으로 이름이 명확히 명시되어 있어야 합니다.

1인 1클럽을 원칙으로 하며, 채를 나눠 치는 행위는 삼가하여 주시기 바랍니다.

온라인 예약 시에 골프클럽을 신청하는 것을 권장 드립니다.

골프가방 대여는 현장에서 가능합니다.

Pace of Play & Etiquettes 경기진행 속도 및 에티켓

Under normal circumstances, the expected pace of play for Coral Ocean Resort Club is four hours and twenty minutes for 18 holes as determined by the USGA (United States Golf Association).

정상적인 상황에서 예상 골프플레이 속도는 USGA(미국골프협회)에서 결정한 18홀 4시간 20분을 기준으로 합니다.

클럽의 로컬 룰 및 진행에 대한 마샬 안내에 적극 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.

필드에서의 과도한 레슨 및 연습은 지양해 주시기 바랍니다.

홀 건너 띄기 및 위험한 행동은 삼가 주시기 바랍니다.

Dress Code 복장 규정

Smart casual golf attire and soft spike footwear is required for all players.

Riders must dress in proper golf attire as well (spikes not required). 

T-shirts, swimwear, tank tops or cut-offs are NOT appropriate attire.

Umbrella and raincoat are strongly recommended to prepare in advance due to Saipan weather.

골프코스에서는 골프화 착용을 의무로 하고 있습니다. 동반하시는 분들께 사전에 안내해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.

수영복, 슬리퍼, 청바지 등 적절하지 않은 복장은 지양해 주시기 바랍니다.

사이판 날씨 특성상 스콜 성 비가 자주 옵니다. 우비, 우산, 수건 등을 미리 준비 바랍니다.
