Terms & Conditions

1. Each person who books a tee time will provide a valid credit card. This data will be kept on file, securely stored and encrypted in compliance with the City’s policies and practices. A no show fee may be charged to the credit card on file in accordance with paragraph 6 of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The club reserves the right to pair up players on carts at all times. Carts are on a first come first serve basis and based upon availability.

3. Tee times can be booked 15 days in advance after 7pm online or 14 days in advance through the pro shop.

4. All players must register at the Pro Shop 15 minutes prior to the confirmed tee time. Players must start on the 1st tee unless given permission from the Pro Shop. Club Ambassadors have full authority to control play.

5. Single players are restricted to booking tee times with groups of two or three. They are not able to book in an empty time slot.

6. A no show fee will be charged in the event that a player does not show up and does not contact the club to cancel at least 4 hours before a confirmed tee time (a “no show”). If the no show player is a member, a member no show fee will be charged to the member’s credit card on file. If the no show player is not a member, a no show fee in an amount equivalent to the green fee that would have applied to the round will be charged to either the no show player’s credit card on file, or to the credit card on file for the player who booked the tee time for the no show player. There is no guarantee of tee time availability. A fair tee time distribution system is in place at each golf course.

7. Each player will abide by and comply with the facility rules and guidelines (posted on scorecard and/or facility signs), as established and updated by the City from time to time.

8. Two or more players cannot share the same set of golf clubs or bag.

By booking a tee time, you agree to the above terms and conditions and will be subject to any fees related to missed tee times.
