We accept cancellations up to 24 hours prior to your tee time. If you show up with less players than originally booked, the credit card on file will be charged the full rate of the day for the number of players that were originally booked. Cancellations, including no shows and short shows, occurring within 24 hours prior to your tee time are subject to the course's sole discretion. In the event of questionable weather, please contact the golf shop to confirm any change to this policy- make no assumptions. The cancellation policy applies to all players, including members. Single rider carts are available for an additional $30 charge. We kindly ask that no denim is worn on the golf course. No outside coolers are permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Downingtown Country Club.
