Golf Course Operations

- Members and customers are asked to book through our online tee sheet. Go to our website to book your tee time. 

- Members and customers must check in for their tee time upon arrival.

- Singles and twosomes will be paired with other singles or twosomes during busy days.

- Groups are permitted to play through with the consent of both groups.

- Club rentals are available, each player must have their own set of clubs.

- Power carts may be rented but there will be a maximum of 2 riders per cart. All drivers must be 18 years of age to drive and rent the power carts.

Please note that Power Carts now require a waiver to be signed and any damage caused by the operator will be the responsibility of the operator .

- Pull cart rentals are available from the starter or front kiosk staff.

- Scorecards and pencils are available, and each card will have rules and recommendations attached to back of card.

Outside Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase through the restaurant. A beverage cart will run during the summer months (weather dependent).

- In case of inclement weather Rain Checks will be issued…..No refunds.

- Washrooms are available in the golf shop, restaurant, and on the course (summer months only).

- Customers who arrive late for their tee time they may lose their team time, if possible staff will slot them into a later tee time.

Evergreen has a fully stocked golf shop with fitting carts and demos from all the major brands such as Ping, TaylorMade, Titleist, Mizuno, Callaway, Srixon, Cobra, and more. Get fit by one of our staff on the Trackman which measures 26 factors on club delivery, launch, ball flight, and landing.
