Golf Course Operations

- Members and customers are asked to book through our online tee sheet. Go to our website to book your tee time. Tee times will be available from 10:00 am to 1.5 hours before dark. Hours will change as spring nears.

- Front kiosk staff or staff in the shop will check-in players. Tee times are at 10 minute intervals.

- Singles and twosomes will be paired with other singles or twosomes during busy days.

- Groups are permitted to play through with the consent of both groups.

- Club rentals are available, each player must have their own set of clubs.

- Power carts may be rented but there will be a maximum of 2 riders per cart. All drivers must be 18 years of age to drive and rent the power carts.

Please note that Power Carts now require a waiver to be signed and any damage caused by the operator will be the responsibility of the operator .

- Pull cart rentals are available from the starter or front kiosk staff.

- Scorecard and pencil placed on table by starter or front kiosk staff, each card will have rules and recommendations attached to back of card.

Outside Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase through Front Kiosk at the front door. A beverage cart will run during the summer months from 2:30 pm until 8 pm weekdays and 10 am to 8 pm weekends.

- 18-Hole players must have pre-booked and must check-in with starter or front kiosk staff before playing their second 9 holes.

- In case of inclement weather Rain Checks will be issued…..No refunds.

- Washrooms are available to use in the building. Washrooms will be cleaned on a regular basis. Washrooms on the golf course are open.

- Customers who arrive late for their tee time they may lose their team time, if possible staff will slot them into a later tee time.

Evergreen has a fully stocked golf shop with fitting carts and demos from all the major brands such as Ping, TaylorMade, Titleist, Mizuno, Callaway, Srixon/Cleveland, Wilson, Cobra, Nancy Lopez, Tour Edge and US KidsGet fit by one of our staff on the Trackman which measures 26 factors on club delivery, launch, ball flight, and landing.
