Welcome to Grand Oaks Golf Club!
Grand Oaks was designed by renowned golf course architect and professional golfer Don January. Within the secluded and naturally beautiful tract of land, Mr. January accomplished his goal of sculpting a golf course that would challenge golfers of all skill levels and be enjoyable to play.
This tranquil setting features century-old oak trees, abundant wildlife and two meandering waterways, all contributing to a unique and memborable golf experience. To date, Grand Oaks Golf Club remains one of the best kept secrets in the metroplex.
The golf course was recently updated to restore the original demand for shot-making & creativity. The course now offers 5 sets of tees to choose from depending on your skill level. The back tees now measure over 7,000 yards with a par of 71.

To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review the following and share with your group before arriving:
📝 Cart Policy
• All guests must digitally sign a cart waiver upon arrival
• A valid driver’s license is required to operate carts
• Possible fees include:
– 💲 $250 Cart Damage Fee
– 💲 $150 Excessive mud / cleanup / towing fee (due to negligence)
🌧️ Course Conditions
• Please avoid all wet areas, especially holes 6, 10, 11 & 12
• If it looks wet… it probably is!
• Help us keep the course in great condition by respecting all guidelines
• Anyone not following rules may be asked to leave
🍺 Alcohol Policy
• NO outside alcohol allowed
• Personal coolers will be confiscated
⏱️ Pace of Play
• Pace will be monitored by staff & marshals
• If asked to pick up pace, please do so
👥 Riders / Non-Golfers
• Must be included in tee time and pay a rider fee
• Riders may not participate in play
• If they do, they will be charged a full round
💳 Refund Policy
• Receipt required for full refunds
• Refunds are subject to management approval
📵 Course Etiquette
• Delays caused by non-golf activities (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) will not be tolerated
• Please be respectful of other players and the game
