### Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy ###

All online tee time reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

**Online bookings are non-refundable. Please review your date, time, and number of players carefully before completing your reservation.**

Cancellations or reductions made **more than 48 hours before the scheduled tee time** will receive the applicable value as a **Seguin Valley gift card**. Gift cards may be used toward a future purchase but cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellations, reductions, and no-shows made **within 48 hours of the scheduled tee time** are not eligible for a refund, gift card, or credit.

For safety, liability, and cart-capacity reasons, **non-golfing riders are not permitted**.
