Tee Time No-Show & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all golf courses operated by the Olmsted Parks Conservancy and is intended to promote fair access to tee times and responsible use of public golf facilities.

Tee Time Reservations

• Tee times may be reserved online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.

• The individual making the reservation is responsible for all players included in the booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Tee times must be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tee time.

• Cancellations may be made through the online booking system or by contacting the golf course during normal business hours.

• Tee times not cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a late cancellation fee.

No-Show Definition

A no-show is defined as:

• Failure to arrive for a scheduled tee time without notice, or

• Failure to check in within 10 minutes of the scheduled tee time without prior communication.

Tee times not checked in within this window may be released to other players at staff discretion.

Fees & Penalties

• Late Cancellation or No-Show Fee:

o A flat fee of $5 per player will be charged for any tee time not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

• Repeat Offenses:

o Players with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may have advance booking privileges restricted or suspended.

o Prepayment may be required for future reservations.

Weather & Course Conditions

• Tee times remain valid unless a course is officially closed by Olmsted Parks golf management.

• Weather conditions alone do not automatically qualify for fee waivers.

• Staff discretion may be applied in cases of severe or unsafe conditions.

Group Reservations

• Group and outing reservations are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in their respective agreements.

• Individual no-shows within a group reservation may be assessed the applicable fee.

Exceptions

• Fees may be waived for emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of golf course management.

• Players are encouraged to communicate promptly with golf staff when issues arise.

Policy Acknowledgment

By reserving a tee time at any Olmsted Parks golf course, players acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy.
