Golf Cart Liability Policy (by booking a tee time you agree to the following):
Driver must be 16+ with a valid license. Max 2 people and 2 bags per cart. All riders seated inside while moving. Follow all posted/cart instructions. Drive only in designated areas; use caution on slopes, turns, wet/loose ground, and in reverse. Set brake before leaving cart. No driving under the influence. No riders under 6; ages 6–10 must be with an adult. Agreement: I accept responsibility for any damage, assume all risks, and agree to hold the course, lessor, and staff harmless from claims arising from cart use.
