8 weeks of Junior Leagues from June 7 - Aug 1, $40 entry fee (which includes prizes and a tee-shirt) plus $11 per week (or $10 cash)

In the note section, please enter Child's name, age, parent and emergency contact (Phone #'s and E-mails), Past Golf Experience, do they have their own clubs and Tee Shirt Size.

By signing up you agree to all personal absences are forfeited and you give permission to use your child's picture on the Red Barn Web-site and Social Media sites.
