A $40 Entry fee provides League play for 15 weeks (No League the week of Fourth of July). 

In the notes field please provide your name and an emergency contact (Phone and email)

Entry fees are non refundable and by signing up you agree to allow the Red Barn to use pictures of you on their web site and social media pages.
